iPhoneography #2

Strawberry Sherbet and Lime Meltaway

I made Strawberry Sherbet out of the strawberries from the garden. Yes, they are homegrown. Not as big as your supermarket ones, but they have the flavour and scent of strawberries, if you know what I mean. With this strawberry sherbet, I gave a dash of aged Modena balsamic vinegar. It marries well with strawberries. And it is so good eaten with lime meltaway, Kevin of Closet Cooking ever posted last time. I use gluten-free flour and the biscuits were rolled really thinly. Very good!

Mbak Arfi, salam kenal. Thanks for iphoneography idea. Saya males oldig (olah digital) jadi blank soal CS dkk. Setelah baca iPhoneography langsung semangat lagi, walopun nggak pake camera+ karena bayar hehhehe dan saya pake ipod touch jadi nggak ada fungsi cameranya. Well, makasih ya mbak untuk inspirasinya. Hai Nita
Iya aku juga malas olah digital meskipun untuk food photography ga perlu oldig, kecuali cropping, naikin saturasi, brightness-contrast (perlu kalo pake RAW kayak saya).

The lime meltaways would go really well with strawberry sherbet!
