I was woken up, in the middle of the night, craving on something sweet. I remember I had baked another batch of Butterscotch cupcakes and had also keep the caramel sauce in the fridge. Just need to warm up the sauce, and I'll be good.
I have used Donna Hay's Butterscotch Cupcakes for years, and this time I made the gluten-free version one. I didn't really measure all the ingredients precisely, though, so no need to ask me the recipe. I just did what I did as I went along.
